A low-speed clunk is usually a chassis noise—fatigued or misaligned suspension bushings, loose subframe fasteners, or worn control-arm mounts. We isolate the exact source, then replace fatigued OEM rubber with polyurethane or Delrin mounts to eliminate the clunk and tighten steering feel at the same time.
Why does my Vanderhall buzz or rattle at highway speed?
Speed-dependent buzzes are typically resonance—loose body panels, trim, or a heat shield vibrating at a specific frequency. We inspect every mount point, retorque fasteners, and add vibration-dampening washers and insulation so the buzz doesn’t return.
My dealer couldn’t find the noise. Can you?
